First and foremost I applied with section 8 February 2007 once my application was submitted I was called for an interviewed July 2007. Since than to this present date I have complied with all and everything that NYCHA has asked for. I knew it and I knew it that NYCHA was going to come up with some bullshit not to provide me with the help I needed.
