Bogus charge on my Discover Credit card # 6011-0001-1750-2686. I called the company IDPROTECT at 1-877-974-1563 and after listening to the lengthy recording I was told they were experiencing a large volume of calls and I was instructed to call back at a later time and date. I did this and received the same message multiple times. I do not want this charge of $19.95 to appear on my Discover card monthly.
