My story is the same as everyone elses. Order product - receive an email saying product not in stock and forced to take a store credit rather than a refund. Cannot get a hold of anyone and no one responds to emails or phone calls. This is illegal and is a bait and switch. WHAT EVERYONE NEEDS TO DO IS CALL THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE OF NORTH CAROLINA!!!
