Totally not satisfied with the service TNT - Libya provides. It's not the first time we have been not satisfied by them, but this time is probably one of the few last times we will deal with them. I had an extremely important parcel sent from China and I called to arrange for delivery the day after the arrival of the parcel. On the phone the assistant confirmed the deliver, however nothing was delivered until 3pm. I called to check up, after 5 unanswered calls the assistant picked up and said she will contact the driver.
