On yesterday, I went to get a pedicure and manicure at Pro nails on 1706 columbia road northwest. After, the lady had done my nails she told me to sit under the dryer for 1o minutes. I did just as she had told me to do. She came back to check my nails at the end of the ten minutes, felt them lightly, and told me they were dry. So, I left out of the shop before I could walk fully away from the shop I noticed one of my nails' polish was smeared this happen to me three times after leaving the shop.
