This is infuriating, someone once again called me from XBOX to "confirm my address and email", it is almost a month that I initiated a repair order which has now turned into 7 different "repair orders" because every time I call a new person answers the phone and tells me the same thing "can I call you by your first name?" and gives me the same directions on what to do which I've heard seven times before.
