My mother was transported from a rehab facility on 2/28/07 by American Medical Response to a hospital where she died. My father never received a bill from this company. Today we received a collection agency letter (Bay Area Credit Service). In talking with AMR a bill was sent to the facility and returned. I tried to get info from her insurance comp to see if it was paid or submitted and they could not give me any info because I am not authorized and did not have her card number (we really don't have any info cause it has been so long) I don't know where to turn.
