after paying for a whole year and numerous call to there so called customer care line I have yet to receive my computer. I have gotten from them 6 delivery dates and nothing ever comes. when I call back to find out what there excuse is this time they say that the computer is on back order at Dell. they tell me that a manager will call me back and here i am 4 mths. later and no call these people are thiefs and must be stopped. read full review »
