The first visit comcast made to my home they were supposed to be here between 10am and noon. They arrived at 12:20. I received two free movies rentals and a bag of popcorn to make up for my lost wages. The rep on the phone when I placed the order stated it would take a max of 1 hour for the installation and it took 3 1/2 hours. The rep also placed the order incorrectly and this resulted in the the entire job not being done on the first trip.
