My internet and phones were down for 4 weeks. Had 5 techinicians out and the last guy just gave us a bandaid fix and now my phones are not working properly again. they gave me a credit of 93.00 when I pay them 220 a month for service. They were supposed to come out yesterday again and never showed 3 time that has happened. I have already spent about 6-8 hours of my time with them trying to explain to the rude and non competent employees they have. Because of this, Now I have a cell phone bill for 260.00 for the month my home phones were not working at all. read full review »
