Technician removed my password on e-mail and completely screwed up my e-mail after 1 1/2 hours on the phone he said I would have to have it fixed by Mac after he screwed it up. I asked politely to talk to his supervisor and he pet me on hold and no one came to my aid after another 1/2 hour on the phone. read full review »
