When approached by telephone after filling out an online application, We were contacted by John Herman and told that we were approved for the loan but the investors needed a down paymint of $850.00. After sending the money via wire transfer, John Herman then contacted us for an additional "good faith payment" to approve the loan from an undisclosed backer.
