This company took my order and then farmed it out to a local florist. I specified 'no substitutions'. The substitution I received was the equivalent of a safeway $15.99 arrangement not the 466.00 I was charged. The local company proved they received the order with "substitutions ok." Weslyberry refuses to take any responsibility. They say its not their problem. they say the order may be recorded but they refuse to check it to see if their person was wrong.
