I purchased a television set from Price Mad in July 2007 with a 5-yr extended warranty. In Sept 2008 the television went bad. I called Price Mad to get the warranty info. They said they shipped me the warranty card via DHL and if I did not have the card there was nothing they could do. They say they don't track warranty information. "It sucks man, but you are out of luck.", is a totally unacceptable response. They acknowledge I purchased the warranty, but they can't even check to see if they ever shipped the card.
