Steve Cohen President of Auto Claims Bureau in Atlanta does not honor his own refund policy. He sells a diminished value report, $95, for a car that has been in an accident. The report looks like a ten year old did it and is of no value. Do not do any business with this person or company, in my opinion. read full review »
