Keyes Audi rips you off. They are rude, condescending, and unknowledgeable about what they actually service. Having been a service writer for a Jaguar dealer, I can tell you, Buy your car from the dealer who treats their customer the best. Your relationship is with the service department not the sales people. I bought my 1997 Audi Cabriolet from Keyes Lexus as a used car in 2000.
