Ordered DVD of "All Creatures Great and Small" from this company, it arrived without any invoice, then on my credit card statement there was a correct charge for the DVD and an unexplained $19.95 charge. I see from other complaints this is a "membership fee" which was certainly not disclosed in the ad for the DVD. I called Mastercard to dispute the charge and the guy said he had taken numerous calls from people with the same complaint about HMS Movies. read full review »
