Two complaints: I) my prepaid connection - i went to get my prepaid connection on 14th July and it finally got activated on 21st July. To add to this problem, i got a system message stating that i have to submit my prepaid enrollment form to The nearest airtel outlet to enjoy continued services. and then, on 25th July, my phone stopped working. the thing is, the prepaid enrollment forms are always with the office itself .. my prepaid connection took so long for it to get activated..
