Went to place an order where the billing and shipping addresses were different. The billing name and address DID match the credit card used to place the purchase and it was being shipped elsewhere as a GIFT. Approximately 10 days after ordering, the recipient still had not received the item. We called Ecost and was told that the order was canceled due to not passing "credit review".
