Very dissatisfying shopping experience with Homecenter.com. Made purchase of sink based on item availability provide by Customer Service. Tried to cancel order after finding that item is not available and order lead-time 4-6 weeks. Merchant simply ignored request for order cancellation even before order been processed, forcing me to bye item from them.
