I wish we had read the reviews before ordering. My husband tried to call this morning to "confirm" our order and had to leave a message. He called back a second time and they are trying to convince him to order products that are supposed to be included and telling him other things that led him to believe it is a scan. He said he wanted to cancel the order and they placed him on hold. It's now been almost 10 minutes. When that call is ended we are calling our bank to make sure that the charge does not get processed. read full review »
