There is no customer service @ dell. save yourself alot of frustration and avoid them like the plague they are. i received a dead computer from them and entered dell hell. once they realized i wouldn't be willing to keep an expensive paperweight around my call was routed to india. this is a black hole but i'd much rather be in a real one. i was put on non-ending hold, sent from person to person and disconnected many times. it took hours and i felt helpless and completely ripped off. it's called the dell run around. i asked for a... read full review »
