ALKCO sent me a new replacement lighting fixture (Slique T2 SQ213) to replace one that no longer functioned (balast was defective). On installation of the new fixture, my electrician received a severe shock, as the whole casing of the fixture was activated. Not only didn't the fixture work, but there was a dangerous defect that could have resulted in serious injury or death.
