After BOA's on line banking site did not accept my log in information it locked up. I went to on line chat to reset. They asked for information that I was seeking on line which of course I couldn't get. I had my account number, my debit card number with the three digit number on the back and other information such as the details of the two accounts I closed with them on the third because bank errors that cost me around $52. I agreed to their on line package for a 12 month commitment with free installation. Over the next year the service kept going out whenever it rained, even slightly. This occured at two different locations. When I called to get assistance on two occasions for this problem I was told to tighten the wires which were already secure. The problem persisted throughout my time with them. When I needed to severe relations with them I was told I had a 24 month commitment and would also have to pay a $99 installation fee on top of early disconnect... read full review »

Bingo has buyers call to confirm order and then attempts to sell accessories such as the camera battery for 4X the going price. When I declined add-ons I was told the order would be shipped in 10 to 15 WEEKS! When I cancelled the order it seemed expected. Shady way to do business. Offering a $20 battery for $149.
