Ordered 2 xbox bundles on Nov 20th. Delivery notice on OD website said delivery Nov 25th between 830am and 5pm. Waited home all day and finally called them at 630 and they said the item had been discontinued. THEY HAD CHARGED MY debit card for the full amount almost 500 and held those funds up for 5 days until I called THEM. NO update on website. NO update email. NO phone call from them. SECOND time OD did this to me in 2 months. No wonder their ratings are so low. NEVER AGAIN OD, YOU ARE A HORRIBLE COMPANY. read full review »
