I did it backwards--ordered first and then found the reviews. So many negatives convinced me I should cancel the order right away. I did so the very next day, but the order had already shipped. Two days later I received a reply to my email informing me it was too late to cancel, but that I could refuse the shipment. The order arrived six days after shipping (includes the weekend). The products, two infant restaurant chairs, were exactly as pictured. How can I complain? Product shipped promptly, just what I ordered, cheaper than anywhere else, customer service responded to my inquiry, plus free shipping. read full review »
