July 16, 2009, I ordered 2 different products and my card was charged $39.95. I spoke at great length with customer service before ordering and was assured that everything was legit. To date 7/28/09 I still have not received any product, after calling customer service the first time I was given a UPS tracking number and was told the products were shipped on July 23, 2009, not on July 16, 2009 as promised.
