After signing up for the program and receiving my membership packet, I decided the program was not going to be beneficial to me. The packet states that if I return the membership materials and a letter stating that I want a refund within the 30 day trial period, my initial month fee of 129.99 would be refunded to me. Every time I call about it, I am given the run-around. The same guy answers the phone but tries to disquise his voice.
