I purchased Ultimate Vocabulary back in January, I tried it, it was OK. The software takes about 3 - 5 minutes to load. I complained to support, no response from support. I complained about issues with software, still no response. I finally bought a new computer in April and suddenly remember about the software so I decided to install on the new machine. Complain about key not working. Again I e-mail support still no response. I already trash the old computer and now I can't even get it to work on the new computer.
