We returned our sons damaged bat DeMarini under their warranty. Two weeks later we get the bat back with a letter telling us that the bat was damage not due to game play. My son hit an out the park ball. My son said that his bat felt funny at his next up to bat. When the bat was returned it said that if you disagreed to contact Kim Seigal by e-mail. I e-mailed her right away. She e-mailed me and said that her engineer said a baseball could not make that damage.
