My mom took here desktop in for service because the DVD burner stopped working. They charged her %50 to 'blow out the dust', $150 to reload Windows and $85 for a new DVD burner. It turns out, after I opened it up, the thing is still full of dust bunnies, the new burner is actually 5 years old and they didn't reload Windows.
