I purchased a Whirly Bounce Rider from Little Tikes a few months back from Hypercity in Mumbai. The product broke from the arm within the first 2 months of use. Over the past 45 days I have contacted all possible people in Hypercity who in turn have passed on the responsibility to Kool Kidz, the distributor of Little Tikes in India. Kool Kidz in turn is just trying to delay the process so that they can wash their hands off.
