I bought a waterslide from you company for my 7 year old birthday. When I set the product up the first time it worked great and the kids had a blast. When I went to set the product up the second time, that's when we had issues. The hose running to the top that sprayed the water on the slide burst and no longer worked. I called brands on sale and after speaking to a couple of REPS AJ helped send us out a new slide so my child could enjoy her present.
