I have called you MANY times and every time i call customer service gives me a mail box number (18003500577 for Romy) to leave a message, no one has bothered to return my calls, i have been calling for a couple of months! My complaint is i authorized you to take $1.00 out of my account for the information packet, i never recieved the packet and you have sinced taken out $149.95 out of my account.
