Thought I had bought a cell phone from this James guy so I paid 300.00 though Yahoo checkout. 8 minutes later, got an email from James Macbent saying the credit card merchant is down that I would have to Western Union him the money. Not only no! But "heck" no. But as a test, I asked him where he was shipping the item from and he said the UK, so I said, "OK" He provided me with a London Western Union address which I sent exactly 1.00 as a test.
