This guy takes the "handy" out of "HandyMan". He works on a cost-plus with no regard to your budget. He will overspend on extravagant items, then charge you for them. He will take double the time on getting things done and charge you for all of the hours. He will disregard your specific instructions and do the job he wants to do and it will cost you money.
