I booked a limo for my daughter's 10th bday two weeks in advance. Followed up with a phone call two days before event day. They called on the morning 1/2 hour before they were supposed to be there and simply said 'we need to cancel your ride", no concern, no back up limo, no manager available to talk to me, no response back to my phone calls or emails. They are horrible and inconsiderate. This was devastating to my daughter and her friends. I will never forget this and they need to be put out of business. read full review »
