I paid a finders fee of $450.00 to hire a live in person to take care of my mother. The lady hired only last two weeks. The contract read that they would replace the person immediately if it did not work out. I have made numerous attempts with this agency to have them sent a replacement. I had to calls, nor any help provided in their contract. The BBS could not help, nor Lisa MADIDGANS OFFICE. NIka agency will not even return a phone call to them.
