I sent my PS3 for repair on June 2008 I received an invoice with repair needed to get my PS3 working. The charge your Credit Card then never return your equipment. I have sent e-mails, called the company they give you the run around. They have told me that it has been sent, to they needed to order another part to fix the issue, or they will just hang up on you and never pick up the phone. I have contacted BBB, FDC, IC3 and my local authorities. I have to put my embarrassment aside to keep this company from doing this to another person. read full review »
