I went to see Dr. Rick Rosen for a free rhinoplasty consultation. During the visit, he was very, very rude, very quick, and very cold. He didn't smile once. The quote was literally thrown at me. He did not make me feel welcome at all. Upon following up with him via email, he accused me of never coming in for a consult and that he thought I was contacting too many doctors and had him confused with someone else.
