This company is a total SCAM!!! They send out items that don't work and they HAVE to know they do because when you call the customer service they have their "standard" answer to call the manufacturer. We purchased an Xbox, opened it..3 red rings of death and they won't exchange it. PLUS..they send you a form saying you agree to their ridiculous return policy before they'll even give you a RMA code to return it.
