On their web site they specifically stated that name brand sunglasses could either have the existing lenses "buffed and polished" to remove scratches OR genuine name brand replacement lens (from the co. that made the sunglasses). They couldn't be buffed and polished. They told me they could get genuine replacement lenses, they could not and sent the glasses back with cheap plastic lenses that were scratched and packed in a baggie!
