John Nelson, a customer service rep, recognized that the ad was entered wrong, and I wasn't going to get what I had requested. Before the original camera arrived, he corrected the order. I received the camera that I wanted by the 4th, at no additional cost. Not only that, the price was already a great savings! The product is very easy to use and of great quality.
