Project Lamp Center spent 3 months attempting to deliver a lamp I ordered. The order was placed on 8/11 and was subsequently canceled in early November. I have still not received my refund. I was told directly by two different customer support reps that this was being handled. My girlfriend called back weeks later and was told we had to send an email. We sent the email and have STILL not received our refund. This is a rip-off and completely unacceptable.
