I want to preface this review by saying I have been actively involved in dog rescue and fostering for most of the past 30 years. When I entered the store there was a man buying a puppy so I was not able to talk with the staff person. What I did see were young puppies in cramped glass front cages. Most pups were alone. Only a few had another pup in with them for company. There were NO toys of any kind for the pups to interact with. Just solitary confinement.
