Last month, on the internet, I ordered for FREE, a sample of a tooth whitening product called MAX WHITE TEETH. I agreed to a shipping charge of $4.99, (which I put on my VISA Card) for which I was billed. I did receive the product. A few days later, my credit card was charged the amount of $78.93 for BRIGHT TEETH NOW 877-2, which I did not authorize and which I never received anything in the mail.
