This was a mystery charge on my Verizon phone bill under "Enhances Services", said "Billing on behalf of Network Assurance". FAX MONTHLY SVC FEE 14.95. I called the number I was given for ESBI and she refunded me for 3 months (pretty much with no questions asked) but I have to send a request in writing to get the rest refunded and send an e-meil to support @foneright.com. Rep said I did this through USPRIZEDRAW.COM. I am CERTAIN I never knowingly visited this site, but it's possible it was attached to something else. They had all my information, very scary. read full review »
