After ordering they sent me an e-mail with UPS tracking number. The tracking number turned out to be invalid and the item never shipped.I called their support 800# 10 times and never got through, just sat on hold for 10+ mins each time to be trans to a mbx that doesn't take messages.I emailed them 15 times and received no reply.I have disputed the charge as they absolutely SUCK, will never order from these rip off artists again.
