I, too, have been trying to get them (acai nutraburst) to credit my account. When I was able to get a "supervisor", she informed me to" E-mail the corporate office". This is web-site she gave me. And then, the phone made a screaching noise and hung-up. So I went to the computer and typed in the site she gave me. Doesn't look like the corporate office to me.
