I am writing this for my wife who has been handling the sale of our time share in Las Vegas, NV. I am a REALTOR and had previously advise my wife to be careful when receiving these calls. She had already fallen for several pitches from sincere sounding sales people. They start out by telling you they have an offer on your timeshare, but you need to send them $X, XXX dollars to start the "paperwork" and do the Title Search.
